TIMESHARE RENTALS
A Timeshare Rental is available to anyone wishing to rent a full week or more at the Beacon Island Resort, whether you own Timeshare or not. You do not have to own timeshare to rent a timeshare unit from an owner.
An owner of a share block unit may choose to rent out their timeshare slot for a particular year provided that:
The levy for that year is paid in full.
The unit is not ‘’banked/deposited’’ with any other exchange company.
